Refunds and Cancellation
Cancel in two clicks. Keep what you paid for until the period ends. Get your money back when a charge was wrong.

The left column is the policy. The right column says the same thing plainly and is there to be read, not to replace the clause; where the two could be read as differing, the clause on the left governs.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the billing page in your account. It is one click to open cancellation and one to confirm.
There is no telephone call, no email to send, no form to complete, no support ticket, no retention offer and no additional step of any kind. Cancelling is in the same place as subscribing and is exactly as easy.
We email you a confirmation once it is done. If that email does not arrive, write to us and we will confirm the cancellation in writing.
What happens to the rest of the period
Cancel any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund part of a period.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not end your access early: you keep the plan, and the allowance that goes with it, until the period you have already paid for runs out.
When we do refund
- You were charged after you cancelled.
- You were charged twice for the same period.
- You were charged an amount other than the one shown on the checkout screen you confirmed.
- The service was unavailable for a substantial part of a period for reasons on our side.
In each of these cases we refund in full, to the original payment method, without asking you to justify it. We aim to issue the refund within five business days of agreeing it.
This policy is published, and section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act makes a published refund policy binding on the business that published it. It is a commitment, not a discretion.
What is not refunded
A period you used and then decided against. The free plan exists so that you can find out whether the read is useful to you before any money changes hands, and it is not time-limited.
Allowance you did not use. The allowance measures use of the service; it is not money, not stored value, not redeemable for cash and not transferable.
No statutory cooling-off period
There is no statutory cooling-off period for an online subscription purchased in the United States, and this service does not claim one. What is written above is what this service offers, and it is what binds it.
If the law where you live gives you a withdrawal or cancellation right that cannot be signed away, that right applies in addition to this policy and nothing here limits it.
Renewal, and the reminder
Plans renew automatically at the same price and the same interval until you cancel. Before you subscribe, the plan, the amount, the date of the first charge, the renewal interval and how to cancel are all disclosed on one screen, at the same size, none of them folded away, and consent to automatic renewal is taken through a single separate box that is not pre-ticked.
For an annual plan we send a standalone reminder email before each renewal. It is a reminder and nothing else — no offer, no promotion, no other content — and it states the amount, the date and a direct link to cancel.
If we ever change the price, we tell you before the change takes effect and you can cancel first.
Disputes about a charge
Write to support@roxantique.shop before contacting your bank. We can usually identify and resolve a charge the same day, and a chargeback closes the account it relates to while it is being investigated, which is worse for you than simply asking us.
If we cannot resolve it between us, the dispute clauses in the Terms of Service apply, including your right to bring the matter in small claims court.
